Small Group Training

Our fancy term for classes.

Our most affordable option delivers a "big bang for your buck." Come join our fitness community in classes that are limited to 8-10 persons.

Limiting the class size allows our Coach the ability to focus on form, functionality and individualization of the level of exercise for each member in class.

Small classes does not mean easy. We program a thoughtful, fun and effective workout that will help you get strong, lose weight and feel good! 

1v1 PRIVATE Training

We all enjoy being the center of attention.

Our 1v1 personal training always starts with a movement screen and an intake interview. These tools allow your Coach to program just for you and allows us to push you towards your goals. 

Flexibility is a huge plus. You can choose your time and Coach. No matter what your week throws at you, we are available to help you conquer each and every day!

This Set up is for you. Each member buys a pack and you schedule with your Coach to get in as a team and do the work! 


Boxing 

Adding some play into your workout plan is important. With our 2 Boxing Coaches, it is made easy.

Set up a 1v1 session or drop-in on a class to punch some stuff, learn the basics and hone your skills.

Movement Screens

We assess so we don't have to guess.

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) allows our coaches to see where you are strong in movement and strength and where we need to work a little.

Screening allows each coach to program just for you in a 1v1 session or where we need to alter the group workout to personalize it just for you.  


Inbody Composition analysis

The InBody 270 utilizes the BIA (Bioelectric Impedance Analysis) method and is a non-invasive and pain-free way to measure fat, muscle, and water levels in less than a minute. No dunking. No pinching. No discomfort.

Safe, low-level currents are sent through the body, through the hand and foot electrodes. The impedance the currents encounter are measured, and from there, your body composition is derived. It’s 98% as effective as the Gold Standard Dexa scan and under water testing.
